Motion controls were a fad, and it's sold the wii to the masses, now motion controls are irrelevant, putting Nintendo in a very bad position in the console market and it's the main reason wiiu is in trouble, people just don't want or care for the it's successor, while xbox1 and PlayStation 4 show a different story, x1 being at 500$ and over priced is selling great for a 500$ console, and ps4 is just doing amazing and it's not because of the games they have, it's because people actually want the ps3 and 360 successors, unlike the wii which just shows that it was a true fad, from 100 million, to being irrelevant to consumers, third party, and the industry as a whole
