Let me get this straight. Xone runs at 30fps and ps4 runs at 51fps on average. ps4 is getting hammered that has 20fps advantage?

Having played through both the PS4 and PC versions, I can assure you that it's pure spin. The PS4 version is, as DF said, 53-60fps most of the time and any dips are hardly noticeable at all. It's generally butter smooth with visuals that actually edge the PC game. 

I'd credit it as a quality job, but then, people will always find something to bitch about. 

I second this. I haven't played the PC version. But the ps4 version is butter smooth. I never notice any drops during game play. I did notice some drops during the first set of cut scenes made worst by the shaky cam feel they go for. But over all the game is fantastic.
