I had never planned to purchase a Vita originally, but I received one as a birthday present and now I use it just about every day. Like a lot of other people, I had accepted the popular opinion that there are no games on the Vita and so never bothered to confirm for myself. That is, until I got the Vita and I actually looked at the game catalog and boy was it a pleasant surprise. It actually has an incredibly diverse library of games. If you want big AAA exclusives - you have Uncharted: GA, Killzone: Mercenary, Resistance: Burning Skies, Assassin's Creed: Liberation, LittleBigPlanet Vita, Tearway, Unit 13, COD, Soul Sacrifice, Arkham Origins Blackgate, etc. For smaller titles you have Velocity Ultra, Guacamelee, Spelunky, Hotline Miami, etc. And for JRPGs you have Persona 4 Golden, Y's Memories of Celceta, Ragnarok Odyssey, Sorcery Saga, etc.

I have around 7-8 Vita games in my backlog, which is more than enough to keep me busy for a long long time.
