Agreed, 29.84 fps average is pretty good, better than many 30 fps games last gen anyway. I watched the video and the Xbox One version seemed quite smooth to me. Honestly I noticed more judder on the PS4 version, Nixxes probably should have locked the PS4's framerate too since they weren't able to achieve a smooth 60.
