Starting video games, what was your first "Boss"?

Oops.  I don't remember who the first boss in Super Mario Bros 1 was.  :(  

Had a whole bunch of games when I started playing games, that was a long time ago and I don't remember.  

Though, it could have been possible that I took the game from my parents and played so late in the game.  Didn't think of that possibility did you?  

Its Bowser, just no that Bowser =P
