both consoles OS reserve space will only get smaller

dont think this will have any meaningful effect on xb1s multiplats as already seen games are running at either half the fps or sub 1080p i cant see this doing much since we've already seen upclock prior to launch, hype about cloudz and mystery secret sauze

going from 30fps -60 and or 720-900p to 1080 requires much more powa than these little tweaks
