1) Secret meetings would entail that they are secret.
When they tell you the time and date of the meeting it's not exactly a secret.
Everything else you've said is silly conspiracy theory nonsense. Some of the events happened, but you're suggesting they've happened because of rich bankers.... as opposed to just you know. Governments trying to maintain their hegemony.
4) The Cuba Crisis wouldn't really of been one in Mexico or Colombia had Nuclear weapons.
The fact that many western European countries hold nuclear weapons already makes the fact that the Ukraine has them... fairly meaningless in terms of nuclear warfare.
Also... yes the middle east does have missiles.
Also, man your logic is faulty. Because one country has nuclear weapons it can't properly secure that means EVERY country should?
