What are some rage inducing moments you remember in games?

Dark Souls: fighting those two bosses without any help and not using any magic..not only are you outnumbered but the camera is also your 3rd enemy.

That battle scarred me for life.

Did you play it on hard?...how many tries before you finally won?

I lost count. At least 15 after multiple complete strategy shifts.
