Good entries on here - some of the non-US editions get much better covers than we do! My top 5 (my first post with images, not sure if these get resized):
Resistance: Fall of Man. By far my favorite cover. (Couldn't find a better copy w/o hotlink protection, dangit!)
Dead Space. A close second, very awesome.
Killzone 2. Wish they would have used this for the trilogy edition.
Red Alert 3 Ultimate, for obvious reasons ;) Reminds me of a KMFDM cover.
Resistance 3. Very stylistic art that I feel gets unfairly dismissed, much like the game. Not sure if the below is a new edition, as the addition of Capelli makes it even more awesome.
