Not all games have the same development costs.  Uncharted 1 and 2 costs 20 million each, Uncharted 3 cost 30 million, Using the same, although modified engine probably only cost them 30-40 million.  At 100 million Tomb Raider was just way too expensive to develop. 

How a big company like SE spent so much on game if a developer like ND can make similar games(for one platform) with so little?
