4M sales means at least $100M gross and probably $130M. Being 1st party the only shared revenue is with the retailer, so Sony sees plenty of that gross back. And with digital sales on top with no distribution costs and no revenue sharing with anyone even with only 500K sales on PSN that's probably $20M in revenue minimum.
