PS4 version of Tomb Raider most definitive, both next-gen look better than PC version (confirmed)

You can adjust constrast, colour saturation and vibrancy and such things in the AMD/nVidia driver control panels, so the point it moot.

But you can not add lighting effects. In motion especially the lighting of the PS4 version is much more pleasing/impressive. (Yes, I played the PC version)

Try out SweetFX.  (You can do more than this screenshot suggests below.)
Also try running it at something other than that god-aweful 1080P resolution.

Never say "Can't" when it comes to gaming, graphics and the PC, you wan't the "definitive" version? It's not on consoles. ;)
