Glad to see a topic that invited fans of the movies to comment jsut attracted a bunch of haters. :(
Personally I loved all of the books, and while they were no literary maserpieces they are instant children's classics that can be enjoyed by all ages.

I am happy to hear about another movie. While I will have to wait to see the full epic on screen, I would have gone to see 3 movies per book for books 3 on. I wish book 5 could hav ebeen split just for the exceelent Sirius Black.

I have liked the change in direction for the most part. It has helped to carry the change in tone you see in the book as Harry ages.

My least favorite book was number two. The second book really seemed neither introductory, nor movign to the greater plot like 3 on.

My least favorite movie was number 4. I thought the director was trash and was too interested in doing dance routines and a flashy dragon fight than serving the fanbase. The maze sequence was lazy and truncated. Where was my blast ended skrewt?

If hey had only had one director we might have been stuck with a Chris Columbus, who was only suitable for children's movies. We would have also missed out on Alfonso Curan who would not have signed on for 7-8 movies. Movie 3 had the best direction in my opinion.

Final* Word on Game Delays:

The game will not be any better or include more content then planned. Any commnets that say so are just PR hogwash to make you feel better for having to wait.

Delays are due to lack of proper resources, skill, or adequate planning by the developer.

Do be thankful that they have enough respect for you to delay the game and maintain its intended level of quality.
