Would be strange to release a Japan-exclusive Xbox 360 game in 2014. Given that they released Labyrinth Cross Blood Infinity & announced Tokyo New World Record in the time since we've heard about Stranger in Alda, I wouldn't hold your breath.
... buy a Vita if you like their games, though!
(And lol. I actually genuinely went on NISA's website to see if they'd released anything on 360 and that was the page which showed up; thought it was kinda funny).
