Pretty sure uncharted 4 started development back start of 2012. It really depends what kind of uncharted they are planning to make?
A game that will revolutionize the series again, that's gonna take at least 3 years
or
A game that builds upon what made the first 3 games successful, that's gonna take 2 year i think.
And I'm also pretty sure Sony knows they need to roll out AAA games to keep up ps4's sales momentum. So a Naughty Dog game in 2014 is highly likely.
