When both were supposed to be 1080p/30 I realy suspected that the PS4 version would have some small advantages in effects, details and textures, probably at the same level we saw in NFS: Rivals and NBA2K.
With the information we have I can suppose now the performance difference will be in line with the differece in hardware, 30 to 40% or 30-45 FPS vs 50-60 FPS.
Any way, unlocked frame rate is not a good thing either at 30fps or at 60fps.
