Assuming this is true, I must give a hearty LOL to everyone asking about wiping and showering. If a person sits on a toilet for two years, do you really think wiping and showering is of much concern? She's nuts, plain and simple. She's just lucky the toilet never backed up...OR DID IT?!?!?!
kasillas88, why should the boyfriend be automatically considered guilty of something? If he let her sit there for two years, I'd bet he's a little nuts too.
Hope she gets right, or even better, I hope this story isn't true(though amazing if it is).
