This has zero to do with devs or the cloud..the ps4 is quite a bit more powerfull, nothing is going to change this gen. PS3 and 360 were close with ps3 being hard to code for, and 360 had a memeory and gpu advantage. This time ps4 has every advantage.

the cloud part was a joke i know ps4 will be greater than xb1 with 1st and 3rd party SW graphicaly

xb1 is and will be in the position ps3 was sales wise, many bought the 360 soley b/c it had the superior MPs and alot of the former ps2 3rd party exclusives made there way on the MS platform.  ps3 had the bad rap b/c it was more money and 3rd party games were inferior now xb1 has this bad image along with the 180 they pulled last yr it will be intresting to see if they can make any type of headway against the ps4 sales wise
