I don't live in the US, I live in Canada :) I'm well aware of the difference in laws and cultures. I simply advised what takes place in civilized cultures and how it should be applied to the wife who cheated on her husband. That really is the only legal action that should be taken. I think you may have misinterpreted the point I was trying to make.
