CPUID Hardware Monitor. - Name says it all really.
PowerISO. - Create an image of all your old archaic games on those optical disc things and never use them again.

SetFSB. - For overclocking laptop's.
Clockgen. - Same as above.
XSplit. - Record your games, CPU intensive, recommend a Hexacore CPU if you are running a quad-threaded game and recording in greater than 1080P.
Xfire. - Tracks where and when PC gamers are playing.
TeamSpeak. - Name says it all.

Mumble. - Similar to above.
Raptr. - Cross game messaging application, which hooks into AIM, MSN, Steam, Games for Windows Live and amongst others.
