Candy Crush makers sue The Banner Saga, trademark the word ‘candy’

I find it absolutely ridiculous.
There can be a lot of reasons of why a product can contain the name "candy", it's a really common word. It isn't a complex name or a single hugely recognized world like, let's say, Mario. It's just "candy".
