Some nobody devs getting lucky enough to create a fad and who now think they are king of the industry... Remind you of anyone? (Rovio with Angry Birds maybe?)
I guess Nintendo should start making a few trademarks. I sugjest they trademark the words ''Super'', ''Kart'', ''Smash'', ''Brothers'', ''Donkey'' and ''Fox. Once they do that, they could sue anyone using these words, that should fix the financial problems.
