There are only a couple of "new cards" in AMD's line-up.
Otherwise, they are all re-badges of the 2 year old Radeon 7000 series.

There is a small possibility.
The Radeon R9 270X wants 30 amps on the 12v rail, although his Power Supply isn't high-end... It exceeds that requirement by providing 38 amps on the 12v rail.
However, the kicker here is that the PSU is certified for Haswell, but don't beleive everything you read, it struggles to keep all the rails within specs.
I assume it wouldn't cause much of an issue, but I haven't personally had a chance to play around with Haswell yet.
However to the Op, we can rule out the GPU completely at this stage considering it even does it with an Intel IGP, but out of curiousity, take the GPU out of another machine and drop it in there.
