No, just no. All they know is what is in their own agreement. Which would be price, duration, numbers of hits and so on, but no info about contracts with the suppliers of the content

Simply false, again google PCI compliance. Any company that enters a third party agreement is RESPONSIBLE to know the fulld etails of said agreement and what the third party's dealings are with regards to said contract. MS would never have signed off on this without it getting signed off by legal
