So basically Double Eleven, the studio that did LittleBigPlanet Vita, is porting a previously PS3 exclusive game to Vita and PS4. It sounds like they will tell us what it is rather soon.

Any guesses to what it may be? The Last of Us?

No clue. Apparently someone asked if it was a shooter but no hint was given. It could be anything. I would say that the more simplistic the game is the more likely. Journey would be a great fit for Vita and PS4. There were already rumors that it was going to happen months ago and with both Flow and Flower already being given that treatment it wouldn't surprise me.
