This thread turned out like everyone knew it would.
If Selnor created it, all of the Sony Fans will come in and claim some type of evil M$ doings or that whatever #'s are being debated are made up by M$'s PR team.
The few M$ fans will debate the points for no reason as the arguments are biased anyway.
A few Nintendo/no particular affiliation people will agree that the Sony fans are being stupid.
Within a couple of hours, the thread is over and the original point of the OP is lost to meaningless VS arguments.
OT : I do believe that M$ signed a contract with Machinima to provide services. I also believe that M$ had an understanding of what was going to be provided. Did M$ study Machinama's contract to the end user? They might have. I looked over what has been put out there and it seems typical NDA type stuff to me. Most of the people on the web have no idea how to read a contract or what the various terminology really means anyway.
For the most part, this whole thing is much ado about nothing.
