Those companies got called out and fined, like MS is getting called out now, the way it hould be. You are so obsessed with damage control for MS, and bringing up things other companies did, which only hurts your own argument. They got crap for it, why shouldn't ms?

Carry on with the thread then. It sperfectly legal and I have nothing more to add. ITS LEGAL. So this is a non issue.

This will be forgotten in a week, and no fines will be handed out to any company doing this on Youtube.
