Please post where they have done this with Explicitely stating to not say anything about said endorsement? You have said this numerous times with zero proof. That was years ago and Sony got FINED, so what's your point?

The wording is fine and NOT illegal as the makers of this site point out. They have not hidden the promotion. And the earnings will appear in the finanacial end report. Thats all perfectly legal. Nothing law abiding will come of this.

Now ethically, thats up to you. Welcome to modern internet advertising.

Still waiting for other examples........................ This is illegale even ms admitted so and said it was a ' Misunderstanding" and they will change it" Your saying Ms is wrong now? Like MS would pay for a service and not have their legal and regulatory guys scan the contract, MS must think people really are idiots.
