Not a MP person myself, but here are mines:
Highrise - from Modern Warfare 2 (Yeah, even with those assholes snipers shooting from side to side)
Jacinto - Gears of war 2 (The Gears of War 3 map didn't have the same vibe)
Checkout - Gears of War 3 (My favourite map ever; neither big nor small, balanced and the best matches I've had were in this map)
Also the desert map of Counter Strike, I don't remember it well.
