May explain why they made Judgement at a time when all MS's other 1st and 2nd parties had moved on from 360 - a reaonably quick, good enough game to fulfill the terms of the deal so they can go and do something else. Plenty of bands/other artists do it with record deals, a quick album or b-sides collection so that the deal runs out and they can sod off somewhere else
