I think it will depend on the console race. Titanfall 2 supposedly won't come until 2017. A lot can happen between now and then. If the Xbone is still a viable console for MS and they aren't gearing up for next gen or something, sure, it could happen. If we're looking at another 8 year generation and the two consoles are still battling it out, I think that actually makes it harder for MS to make it worth EA's while.
The sales of TF will mean a lot too. If it sells 10 million on Xbone, it would take a hefty check from MS. If it sells quite a bit less, maybe EA takes a pure profit check from MS and leaves the franchise Microsoft exclusive.
I disagree with the logic expressed by some in here that EA just wouldn't want to make it exclusive if it got real big. All that means is the money MS would need to pony up would be that much higher. Offer enough and EA will take the money.
