1. Actually, if you look at the credits for a movie or TV show you'll notice that it actually has all of the companies that paid for advertising in the production. Just so you know.
2. There is a big difference in just some guy on tv eating a burger and a food critic giving the burger joint a raving review because he was paid to. This akin to a company paying people to put fake reviews on websites to make the product look better. Technically from a legal standpoint it's worse.
