I'm afraid they're gonna go super predictable and have Batista win it. Ick. Reigns would be really interesting as the winner, though, and it could really amp up discord within the Shield.
If they got creative, they could use it to really push Big E. Langston. Have him dominate and the crowd might get behind him. It could also be used to get CM Punk back to the top but I think they'll just tease with that, having him go almost the whole way but not quite.
