I doubt Infamous will get a 90 meta score. The game looks a bi too similar to previous iterations.
Based on absolutely nothing i think The Order will get reviewed really well...maybe not 90 meta well but maybe 80+.
Uncharted also has a good chance of getting a 90 meta.
I think Driveclub will surprise people and I think infamous will disappoint.
