Bend is not a second rate studios Uncharted Golden Abyss is really close to Drake Fortune graphicly despite the fact Vita is less powerfull and Bend budget are surely a lot less then Naughty dog then ps3 and many person in the forum said they prefer Uncharted Golden Abyss over Uncharted 3.
Bend had experience in Handheld developement i doubt naughty dog would do a lot better job on Vita.
PS4 - over 100 millions let's say 120m
Xbox One - 70m
Wii U - 25m
Vita - 15m if it will not get Final Fantasy Kingdoms Heart and Monster Hunter 20m otherwise
3DS - 80m
