Sony Fanboy posting...my viewpoint as a console gamer...Wii u is worth buying right now if you want Nintendo's first party franchises...if you own a ps3 or XB360 then neither ps4 or xb1 have enough games that aren't already released for last gen or being realeased for both systems (current and last gen) so neither should be purchased right now...if you don't own a console and don't own a pc then buy a ps4 or xb1...
