Shame the article fails to point out its about $2000 cheaper to release on Xbox One. Microsoft don't charge $2500 for a dev kit like Sony. Why did the article miss that off? Sony have only  'LENT' 'chosen' indie devs PS4 devkits for 1 year. After which they have to pay. Developers have confirmed it is indeed $2000 more expensive on PS4 Devkits. Largely thanks to every Xbox One being a devkit. Sony havent given ANY developer ANYTHING for FREE. Here read this article.
