I really do wish Microsoft would remove all of their clauses, another one would be the parity clause that restricts superior versions of games being released on other platforms. If they want the Xbox version of the game to be superior, then perhaps they should release the console with superior specifications rather than hinder those who do. Microsoft are not a gamer-friendly company, they are a business that is run by business people.
