Uncharted for PS4 likely entered preproduction in 2011, but I'm sure that the vast majority of their team was working on The Last of Us during that time, so only preliminary work would have been done, work on the engine, the story, and concept art mostly. It likely didn't enter full development until about May 2013 when The Last Of Us was completed.
