Sorry, but just like how Scorcese's films will always be better than Bay's films or films about sparkly vampires regardless of box office returns, so to will good games be better than bad games regardless of quality. When it comes to art and entertainment, sometimes crap sells (just look at 99.9% of popular music today) while sometimes genuinely good content gets overlooked. Quality is no guarantor of commercial success and vice versa. |
