Did it stop the PS2 and WII from dominating despite the fact that they had weak hardware ?

ps2 was a beast of a console, when it came out, xbox and GC were more powerful because they came out a year and a half later, and even then MGS2/GT5 look amazing better then any of the launch games of both GC and xbox. as for the wii, when it's all said and done it's gonna beat both ps3/36o by 10 million, not a real domination by any means, and look at wiiu successor, i'm pretty sure gamers are not buying it cause of the bad taste the wii left in there mouth by being such an inferior console.

nice argument,you don't think the ps3/360 will sell 93 million units, they haven't even dropped to 149$ yet, and then they have the 99$ dollar drop.
