3 isn't really really bad... it's just not as good as 1+2. Always happens when a series is really loved it just takes a http://www.metacritic.com/game/xbox-360/fable-iii 80% metacritic game to be considered "really really really bad"

Fan feedback from the game has completely turned me off of it.
