Play haze or daikatana, that will quickly recalibrate your understanding of 'worst fps'. I haven't noticed the dropped framerate that you have, and though the weight of movement has been lowered, its still not cod light yet. And considering the amount of crap killzone has received in the past for being too heavy (like playing in treacle) I don't blame guerilla games for changing it up, and in my opinion they've reached a good balance.
