Not a good comparison, I'd say. ME1 multiplatform was thanks to EA purchasing Bioware, and their plans for the franchise and capitalization of its fanbase (notice how we are getting a ME4 now). ME would have never been "multiplatform" (it was on PC, though) if it wasn't for EA. The same EA that promised not to put Titanfall 1 on Playstation because the money MS paid for it is far bigger than the loses they could have for not making it "multiplatform".
