People misunderstand this nokia deal so often

There will be no "nokia division".

Nokia is a separate company and will remain so, nothing to do with MS

Microsoft is merely buying he handset portion of the businss and it will be incoroprated into the MS devices and consumer division along with xbox, surface etc.  This has not yet happened. 

Ah k, thought it was like when google bought motorola which now sits as a separate division. Thanks for clarifying, record profit is likely then, unless the xb1 launch has cost them more than I think it has.
