To add to these points I find the controller fine as well. I actually thought the DS4 was more uncomfortable at first, but now I figured it out. I just hold the DS4 with my index fingers doing all the shoulder button work with 3 fingers around the longer grips. The DS3 I hold with my middle fingers on the triggers and my index fingers on R1 and L1 (been holding it that way the whole gen so adjusting to DS4 was weird). It makes each immensely comfortable.
