That's why it's in close beta and not in open beta. If it was bug free would be released already.
But twestern you don't have to be worried, Sony will not force you to use the Home open beta. also, like all beta programs out thre, you will most likely have to accept a "use at your own risk" license to even install it.
Beta is not for everyone but I'm brave and I can take it 
So, Sony put out that buggy Home open beta so we can test the crap out of it ;)
