Couldnt agree more, 95% of the time people using it on iOS and android do so accidentally while fumbling with their phone or pocket-dialing.
Anyone with any sense knows its much more efficient to search manually, the 'hey look what my phone can do appeal of it wears off within a a few minutes, anyone using it beyond a few minutes is almost always simply attempting to get it to respond to profanity.
Whether it be cortanas voice or anyone else's, the fact remains that its simply a feature nobody really, genuinely uses.
