One of the seven overall shots I received, I'd have to go get the CDC immunization booklet to see all seven shots I got (and this was 3 years ago). Since it's Taiwan, the hepatitis shot was apparently of utmost importance, but looking back on it now, I wonder if I was better off taking my chances... Our family stuck with packaged and commercial foods (hotel, restaurants, quick marts, etc.) rather than "street" food, which is where you essentially get all the crap that gives your brown rain.

While it's true that Taiwan itself is rich, the government there is CHEAP. They could easily spend their money improving that entire island and be on-par or even competitive with Japan, but they just sit on the money. In other words, it's not third world, but it's not NEARLY as nice as it could be. Though, I still have to say, street food can be pretty tastey, and could sometimes be worth the brown rain, lmao
