Now? What were the reasons prior? 60 fps doesn't make that big of a difference in this game single player, and I'm pretty sure nobody intends to touch the multiplayer.
Regardless, wouldn't rebuy it for $60, though it was my favorite game of 2013. Hope some of the graphic updates make their way to the PC.
